This recipe has potential...as written (and I followed it exactly as it's written here), it's just way too salty. I think I'll take some other reviewers advice and cut back on the soy while adding some kind of juice like pineapple or orange juice.

Great marinade! Try using a slow cooker which eliminates the marinade time. Double the marinade, trim the steaks, cut steaks into 2 inch cubes then put them in the slow cooker. Stir in the marinade, making sure the meat is covered. Heat on LOW for about 3 hours or just until meat is really tender. Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.

loved it!!! Made it for my husband 1st then my parents and they were in love lol. My mother even called to ask how to make it. I only changed one thing. I used vinegar instead of lemon juice

This is really really tasty! I followed the recipe to the T. I was skeptical when I saw that people said, "my kids love it" My 6 year old used the word "amazing" to describe this..I didnt even know he knew the word!!! If you are reading this, You should make this!

Flank steak you won't be sorry with this...marinade 24-48 hours cook 7-8 minutes per side and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing YUMMMM
