Really loved the chipotles in this! Spiced it up nicely.
This was great! We used a little more of the pepper mixture per serving than suggested, substituted the green onion for red, and served with beans, guac, and salsa on the side. If your grill has bars that are too wide for grilling the veggies, they do very well on foil.
