Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lawry's® Tequila Lime Marinade with Lime Juice
  • 4 salmon steaks

Directions

  1. In large resealable plastic bag, pour 3/4 cup Lawry's® Tequila Lime Marinade With Lime Juice and salmon; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes
  2. Remove salmon from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill or broil salmon, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining 1/4 cup Marinade, 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve, if desired, with black beans, Mexican rice and warm tortillas. Garnish, if desired, with lime wedges and chopped fresh cilantro.
