My husband said if there was a 6 rating, he would rate it a 6. He said this is the best fish recipe he's ever had. I don't even eat fish, and I tried this (very hesitantly) and I even liked it a lot! We made it exactly as the recipe stated.

Some of the best seasoning I've ever had on Salmon. It allows the flavor the fish to come through, but provides a really nice savory accent flavor.
Tender, juicy, tasty, and with no fishy flavors, this is in-deed a 5-star dish. The slight additional flavor of the grill gives it the outdoors impression needed to get your mind out of the kitchen even if it's raining outside - it was raining when I tasted it! The marinating is definitely required or else salmon won't turn into a savory, tender, and flaky palate teaser but will remain just that: fish.
I really loved this dish. simple and very flavoursome. My husband cant get enough of it . I substitured white wine instead of the red .
