My cooking skills are barely beyond boiling water, but this grilled salmon recipe worked out great for me. I did reduce the brown sugar by about 40% and used olive oil in place of vegetable oil. I grilled the marinated salmon skin side down first, using a "Denmark Cast Aluminum Grill and Griddle" on a ceramic cooktop. I covered it with a skillet lid and cooked it for 6 min per side. The 1/2 lb salmon fillet was bought at my local supermarket since I live in "fly over country". It was wonderfully tender and tasty skin included. Accompanied with a rice medley and washed down with a cold beer.
