Loved this recipe. Haven't charred peppers before. I cheated a little by adding cilantro and jalapeno to a canned salsa. My guest had 3 helpings! The chips were very tasty. The poblanos added just a little heat, and flavor.
The salsa is too oniony, I recommend using a VERY small onion.
