Very nice! I halved my zucchini instead of slicing them, and probably used a lot less parmesan than called for. Hubs grilled them for about 15 minutes over indirect heat, which left them crisp-tender the way we like them. The parmesan had melted, but hadn't browned, so I slipped them under the broiler for about 1-2 minutes and they browned up beautifully! I do think they needed a bit of salt and pepper to heighten the flavor. For those having difficulty spreading the butter on, be sure to blot the cut sides of the zucchini with a paper towel absorbing as much moisture as possible. The butter will adhere better and spread much more easily.
