Very good. Followed the marinade and instructions exactly. Followed other reviewers' suggestions and cut down on the lime and adobo sauce in the dressing, so we used 1/2 TBSP of lime juice, no lime zest, and 1TBSP of the adobe sauce and that was just the right amount. The rest of the dressing ingredients were the same, except we used a plain greek yogurt container (only 5.3 oz) instead of sour cream. We used corn tortillas and had cheddar cheese and cabbage mix as toppings for the fish.
