This was delicious. I followed the recipe without any modifications, and I didn't find it too salty as other reviewers had. I started it on the grill, but ran out of propane, so I had to finish it under the broiler. Halibut has always been my favorite fish anyway because of it's mild flavor and great texture, and this recipe has given me a way to enjoy it at home. I agree with many others that it is a bit pricey though, so we probably won't make it as often as I would like. I would recommend this recipe. I'll bet this would even work well on shrimp.
