Gorton's® Grilled Fillets (any flavor)
onion, finely chopped
1 (10 ounce) package
sliced white mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) package
assorted sliced wild mushrooms
bagged shredded carrots
garlic, crushed with press
1 (32 fluid ounce) container
instant brown rice
This was really delicious. And unbelievably easy to make. I stayed as close to the recipe as possible. I did have to sub in mostly portabellos (about 12 oz) and a couple ounces oyster mushrooms (what I had on hand). With some fresh biscuits and a side salad, it was a very filling but not too heavy meal. My husband, not a soup fan, really enjoyed this soup! It makes 4 really big bowls or 6 to 8 small bowls to accompany a meal. Def going in my recipe box!
