We thought this recipe did a great job of complimenting the rib eyes flavor without overwhelming them. Seasoned steaks with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper before grilling to bring out their flavor.

What a nice change from the usual grilled steak. None of the herbs were overpowering...just a hint of seasoning. I was surprised that the use of the lemon juice was not overpowering...but it wasn't. The feta cheese added the most... it was the wow! factor, what a nice blend of flavors. A very easy way to prepare steak that has flavor and keeps the meat tender. This one is going into the family cookbook. Thank You Fran.

WOW! I followed the recipe exactly and the steaks were mouth watering and soooo tender! It was a huge hit and so easy to make.

Althought I did follow the recipe exactly, this turned out to be nothing special. None of the flavors were very prominent except for the salt. Maybe I messed something up?
