Meh. I followed the recipe, but also added a bit of seasoning and a splash of worcestershire sauce after reading other reviews. The pork chops were not tender at all, and the sauce was thin- not very 'gravy' like.

This is a great recipe, very easy to make, easy clean up, and very good. I misread the recipe and thought it called for 1/4 inch chops. Mine had to be at least 1-1/2 inch, so I made triple the gravy. When I realized what I did, it was too late. Read the recipe... believe me, you won't need triple the gravy (lol). Very good, and thanks for sharing. I'll be making this again.

I was amazed at how simple and delicious this recipe was!! I added another can of cream of mushroom and sauteed garlic, slivered onion, and mushrooms after browning the porkchops, and added that to my soup mixture before pouring it over the chops. It turned out so great I'll make it the exact same way next time!

Absolutely delicious! Used 4 bone in chops with old bay and onion powder, 1/2 medium onion diced with 3 cloves of garlic browned. Since I was out of milk, I used 2/3 cup of milk, splash of water with 2 cans from of mushroom. Also deglazed pan with white wine and added to gravy mixture. Husband and I really loved this! Very tasty! Easy! A hit basically. I've been looking for a good pork chop recipe and this is a keeper. I'm not a big pork chop fan so wanted a good recipe other than the standard grilled version (which I like). I browned the chops in olive oil and butter then following other reviewers' lead, sauteed a chopped onion and diced garlic (4 cloves) in pan drippings. Added soup and about 1/2 cup water rather than milk. The gravy was excellent. Will be making this again.

Loved it! I read the comments of some reviewers and decided to just add gravy mix for the soup mixture and skip the water as well. Served with ultra creamy mashed potatoes which I also got from here. Definitely a quick and easy way to bake pork chops!
