Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Chocolate Pie Crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup KEEBLER® Fudge Shoppe® Grasshopper Cookies, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Fold in whipped topping, green food coloring and cookies. Spoon into crust.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with cookie crowns (cut in half). Refrigerate leftovers.
