It was really good, quite tasty yet healthy. At first I thought they are a bit hard, but they become better next day.
I used old-fashioned oats and substituted sunflower seeds for nuts. I was gonna use it as a 'post-workout' snack, so I didn't use the sugar, but added about a 1/2 cup of fructose and used only 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder (glad I did cause it actually added very nice strong vanilla ice-cream flavour to them:)) and omited vanilla extract at all. As I said, it was tasty, pleasantly chewy and sweet.
