Grandma's Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, mushrooms, soup and egg. Mix together well and place in a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
