Very creative idea! One question for the recipe poster: why did you place the mortarboard on the upside down cupcake instead of on the top? I would think that by letting the cupcake cool upside down, that would flatten out the top enough so the graham cracker would lay flat.
I love the idea!! I did use your concept and just put my twist on it!!! these turned out adorable!! Thank you for the idea!!
