Good simple recipe. However, the 3 1/2 tea spoons of Baking power is completely overwhelming. I used one teaspoon of baking powder and less salt and added some cinnamon. They came out pretty well for my first homemade pancakes! Thanks for the recipe!

Great and simple recipe. I did adjust the salt (1/2 tsp) and added vanilla extract (1tsp). Must better than boxed mix.

I followed the recipe exactly, and these were the best pancakes I have ever had. My husband and son concur! I love my pancake edges crispy so I use a little extra butter in the pan. I will never buy boxed pancakes ever again!

Made great pancakes! I added some vanilla flavoring (to taste) and some chocolate chips. I also cooked on the stove top (dial turned to 3) and they were great. Very good recipe.

I've tried several different pancake recipes, and this is the best one. Easy to make, with ingredients always in the kitchen, and great flavor. They come out fantastic if you follow the recipe exactly, and still great if you substitute the butter with oil and add a dash of cinnamon, like I do. My mom says they're the best pancakes she's ever had!
