I made this for a change from my usual meatloaf recipe(Martha Stewart's Mom's recipe). It turned out moist and held together really well when I sliced it. Great recipe!!

This meatloaf is great! I have made it several times and it always has good flavor to it. I like to add about a 1/2 tsp minced garlic and I love to make some extra sauce to pour on top of it! Soooo yummy!!

The only change I made in making this delicious meatloaf was substituting bread crumbs for bread. I like meatloaf, but I have only ever had my mom's, which is simple but perfect. This is the first I have ever tried to make myself. I loved the flavors. The glaze is awesome. We typically just squirt ketchup on top, this is better. My only complaint was that this meatloaf was TOO moist. It was probably an error on my part. I used one cup of bread crumbs - maybe it needs more. But the taste of this is great, and when I try again here's what I'll do: Make two smaller meatloafs (I like the crust on the outside), increase the bread crumbs, decrease the amount of glaze in the meatloaf, and bake it sitting on top of bread slices as suggested by other reviews, to soak up the excess grease. I have a feeling that after a little practice, I'll be coming back to give this 5 stars.

This is the best meatloaf recipe I have ever made! Very moist but not mushy. Perfect consistency and flavor. I subbed 1 c. Italian bread crumbs for the bread and added 2 eggs instead of 1.

My husband and daughter really like this meatloaf recipe. (I am a vegetarian). I am always looking for new recipes to try, but they don't want me making any other meatloaf recipes. They feel this is THE ONE!!! The only change I make is to use 3/4 cup bread crumbs instead of bread. I also like to double the sauce to have extra for serving.

I modified the recipe to make it a bit healthier and used wheat bread, splenda brown sugar and used 1 lb turkey and 1 lb 90% lean ground beef and it was awesome. My husband said it was the best meatloaf he has ever had.
