I don't like fish, but my doc gave me a choice between eating more fish or putting me on statins. This recipe is tasty enough that I don't mind eating it once a week, and easy enough with minimal clean-up that I don't mind making it.

I thought this was pretty good - think I should have wiped the pan out before putting in the sauce - the residual oil left in there seemed to interfere with the sauce reducing. Flavor was good though and I would use this with a different fish - decided Mahi Mahi is not my favorite!

Very tasty, would definately make it again, did not change a thing. I think the glaze would also be good for salmon and chicken and perhaps maybe even pork. enjoy!

Very good and flavourful! I opted out of adding salt as Kikkoman soy sauce is salty enough. A must-try for all fish lovers out there!
