extra virgin olive oil
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
red onion, sliced thin
hot house cucumber, diced
pitted kalamata olives, diced
plum tomatoes, diced
crumbled feta cheese
Very good, and fast! Great to make for a large number of people or just two! I did axe the red onion (not a fan) and hot cucumber (couldn't find one). Still turned out great! I added, in addition to the oregano, Cavenders Greek Seasoning only because I had it in the cabinet. Great dish!
