Very tasty, but definitely needs some adjustment to the oven temp/time. Cut my 'taters into eighths, and shook them around in a zip-loc w/ the ingredients. Discovered at 30 min, 350 deg., that they were nowhere near done, so I took off the foil and cranked it to 400 for another 20-30 min. til ... perfection! Fabulous crispy exterior, soft and buttery interior. This was a delicious new way to fix red potatoes (since I usually just do rosemary, sea salt, and EVOO) and I'm so glad to have tried it out.
