  1. Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl or resealable bag; add chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator, 3 hours to overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  3. Transfer chicken from marinade to a shallow baking pan. Discard remaining marinade. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 25 to 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Really simple and easy to make and it was pretty tasty. Had to cook about 10 minutes longer than the recipe called for but it was delicious!

Made it with pasta and was really expecting that garlic taste. But i was let down might also try to double the garlic next time.

Simple, cheap, and easy to make! It is good to eat, a little boring. But it definitely a quick and healthy meal to make!

Really really a good simple marinade. I butterflied my chicken and decided to grill mine because it was rather warm here today. The garlic and the lime both shined in this recipe and I'm the "garlic" lady but I did grate mine over a Microplane so maybe that made a difference not sure but this is one I would totally make again.
