It was easy and delicious. There are only two of us, so I had to reduce the ingredients, but used equal parts parm and cheddar. I took the advice of one reviewer and used a beaten egg with the garlic instead of butter to coat the chicken and from another reviewer, I used my Bullet processor to mix all the dry ingredients together ~ it worked like a charm. I sprayed my Pyrex dish and put a layer of the dry ingredients on the bottom before adding the coated chicken. Will keep this tasty dish in my regular rotation. Thank you!
