This is soooo good and easy! I used Panko breadcrumbs and also added a thin layer of the crumb mixture to the bottom of the pan before placing the chicken in to keep it from getting soggy on the bottom. It came out great. I have shared this recipe with my mom and several friends. They have all raved about it.

It was easy and delicious. There are only two of us, so I had to reduce the ingredients, but used equal parts parm and cheddar. I took the advice of one reviewer and used a beaten egg with the garlic instead of butter to coat the chicken and from another reviewer, I used my Bullet processor to mix all the dry ingredients together ~ it worked like a charm. I sprayed my Pyrex dish and put a layer of the dry ingredients on the bottom before adding the coated chicken. Will keep this tasty dish in my regular rotation. Thank you!

This one was good for the entire family. The bottom was a little gooey for me so I am going to try the breadcrumbs on the bottom next time and I am going to substitute garlic salt for the salt. We will definitely make this one again. Thanks.

Very Good!! I omitted the extra salt because Parmesan is already salty. This is definitely a keeper!! I used chicken tenders and baked them on parchment paper @ 350* for about 20 minutes.

This was a really good chicken meal for someone who doesn't normally like chicken. I followed other reviewer's suggestions and coated the bottom on the pan with Panko bread crumbs. I also rolled the chicken in flour before the egg and Panko to be sure that everything would stick.. and clearly I used Panko instead of normal bread crumbs.
