  1. Prepare noodles as package directs. Meanwhile, in skillet over medium-high heat, saute tomatoes in oil and onion until softened about 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken breast strips and heat until warmed through. Add water and bouillon; bring mixture just to a boil. Stir in cream cheese and heat until warmed through and cheese is smooth, about 2 minutes (do not bring to a boil). Place pasta in bowl and top with chicken mixture. Serve immediately.

This was very tasty! I only had bullion cubes so I used three of them. I also used pre-grilled chicken and I added some red pepper flakes and a bit of cayenne for a little kick. It was yummy:)

Delicious! I added about 3 roasted red peppers (sliced) and some crushed red pepper as well. Will definitely make this again.

This is a quick and easy recipe. Perfect for weeknights. The base recipe is a bit bland for me so I added some yellow and orange bell peppers as the sundried toms and onion cooked. I also cooked the chicken in garlic and a splash of white wine. After mixing the cream cheese in, I added chopped cilantro. It really is delicious. The family loves it and I love that it's so easy. Thank you!
