I used fat free evaporated milk (for a creamier texture), sugar free instant chocolate pudding and my own homemade sugar free chocolate syrup. I think had I not used the chocolate pudding, it would not have been chocolate-y enough. This is close to the pudding pops I had as a kid but with less guilt. FYI: This is not 12 servings. More like six.
