Decadent! I followed the advice of some reviewers and used a brownie bottom, I think next time I make this (and there WILL be a next time!) I'm going to stick with the usual cracker crust. To me, the brownie crust was WAY overdoing it...and that's saying a lot because I LOVE chocolate and I don't think I've ever said those words. Perhaps I'll do the 'nilla wafers or maybe I'll use chocolate graham crackers. I also decided to do a swirl of raspberry coulis...nothing goes better with chocolate truffle than raspberry! Despite my changes, it's clear that this recipe - even when followed as written - is a HUGE winner!
