Fun, pretty and yummy. I thought that this recipe was going to be a lot of work, but it went very quickly and easily. The dough was easy to work with and baked in 14 minutes. I had the fudge ready to pipe in (which makes it so easy) and after cooling for 5 minutes, I filled them, sprinkled them, and the kids attacked them. I barely had time to snap a picture of them finished. They turned out perfect looking and they taste great, too. I made 24 in my mini-muffin pan, and made the remaining dough into regular peanut butter cookies. My husband said they were the best he has had (and he has had A LOT), so this will be my new peanut butter cookie recipe as well - THANKS!
