"This is an excellent mixed fruit with a little kick, which is frozen in individual cups. I served it as a frozen fruit salad but have had it served to me as a refreshing afternoon snack. It would also make an excellent light dessert. I received this recipe from Janet Carswell."

frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 3/4 cups

Like it a lot, but didn't add the sugar, as I don't like an overly sweet taste. For us, it was great without the sugar.
Have been making this for years. Only add one cup sugar.Freeze all except ginger ale, in large bowl, then add ginger ale to slush in a punch bowl.
This came out pretty good. I did cut the sugar down to 1 cup... I wish I had added the additional sugar. The OJ made this a little tart. My kids loved this!
