I don't know what to say! I thought they were going to be very moist after I got everything mixed. But after I cooked them the outside was dark and the inside was under cooked. I don't know what happened. The only thing I did different was used baby food peaches for reg. ones. sorry! I hope others have better luck!
Wonderful cookie! I used butter instead. They were a huge hit, everyone loved them. I will be making again.
Great Recipe! I had no real problems except I only cooked them for like 10 minutes, I drained the peaches right before I mashed them and I used twice as much cinnamon.
The consistency of the cookies was fine, though they were only good to eat when cool. I added a little more cinnamon to the second batch because they were a little bland.
