Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package cornbread stuffing
  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries and/or raisins
  • 1/4 cup toasted, chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, combine seasoning packet from stuffing mix, water, bouillon and butter. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in stuffing and cranberries or raisins. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Add pecans and fluff stuffing with a fork.

Quick, easy, delicious. I was our of dried cranberries and used dried cherries instead.
