Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla California ice cream

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.

Good shake! If you use frozen strawberries, blend them with the milk BEFORE you add the ice...

Great Shake,but instead of vanilla ice cream I added a little cherry and two packets of sugar...
