I used raw peanuts, and these turned out fine! I had to add more soy milk to the frosting to make it thin enough to spread. Wonderful cookies!

I didn't pay close attention to the recipe until I was actually in process of making these cookies. Only then did I notice there wasn't peanut butter in the actual cookie, only in the frosting. BUT, after baking and frosting these, I and my husband decided we do love these. Great flavor and crunchiness with the peanuts that are in the cookie. Quite addicting and a great change from your standard peanut butter cookie.

I loved this! I used unsalted peanuts instead of salted ones and it turned out great!
