  • 4 prepared potato bread farls
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Gently fry potato farls for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Season with salt and serve immediately.
