I read some reviews before trying, but other than increasing cornstarch to 4 T, I made as directed. If I do this again, I will cook the peaches longer ahead of time. The liquid was so cloudy and soupy, the final product looked inedible. But because of the super-sugared top that had begun to burn, I had to pull it out of the oven! I would double the peach mixture baking time to 20 minutes to give the peach juice the chance to thicken. I would reduce the sugar/cinnamon topping by half. The only reason I gave it three stars was the taste. Also, may consider a larger dish as the bottom of my oven was wrecked with the two quart dish.
