These have become Christmas morning tradition in our house. They are delicious! I add a bit of ground nutmeg to enhance the aroma.

Great Recipe!!! I made this for my family when they were visiting, everyone enjoyed it! I used a loaf and french bread cut into thick slices, and followed the recipe exactly. My kids especially loved it, they were eating leftovers all day long!

I followed the recipe and used day old french bread, sliced thick. My husband said it was some of the best french toast he has ever had!

My first time making french toast! Absolutely delicious! I did not use the orange zest, because I ddnt have it. Also make sure cook on low.Will def make again! My husband and I liked it with especially with added butter though.
