  1. In a medium bowl, blend the cheese with brown sugar, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon
  2. Spread 4 slices bread with the cream cheese mixture, and top with remaining bread slices, creating sandwiches.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Mix egg substitute and fat free half-and-half in a shallow bowl. Dip sandwiches in the bowl to coat, and place in the skillet. Cook sandwiches 2 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

I made these for a brunch and no one liked them at all, neither did I. I think they were way too sweet for my taste. I wound up throwing them out. However, the cheese blintzes I made from this site were out of this world.

On paper this recipe looked wonderful and so I had high hopes. However no one in my household liked these.
