Fantastic. perfect, delish, TDF and so forth. So light and you do not feel stuffed after eating. These are wonderful served with buttermilk syrup recipe from this site. Batter holds up for several days and I was surprised. Making these in advance does not hurt the batter at all.

Don't know what was wrong. I followed the recipe to a T, but the batter was paper thin, not to say the least for the pancake. Sure not light & fluffy. Had to throw everything out, and I had company. So how could over 4,000 people like them. I don't know what I did wrong, checked the recipe and I followed it. So, afraid to try it again.

Loved this recipe. Made a few small changes. Doubled the recipe & used 1 1/4 cup white flour & 3/4 cup wheat flour. Added a dash of vanilla to the batter & used olive oil in the pan. Heated the oven to 250 degrees to keep the finished pancakes warm while the others were cooking. Served with fresh fruit, plain greek yogurt, fruit jam, and real maple syrup (with all combinations of those toppings). We've tried a lot of pancake recipes and this is our current favorite for sure.

So happy that I came across this recipe. I have made numerous pancake recipes from this and other sites, and was never really impressed. I can quit searching for a new recipe - this is it! Turned out perfect for me following recipe exactly. I did double however, because there are five of us to feed (and one little guy, who just watches for now)! These are light and fluffy indeed!

Have made these dozens of times and my whole family gobbles them up. These are so fluffy and wonderful. I usually have to double the recipe as my kids love them so much. The only change I made to the recipe was add 1 tsp of vanilla.

OMG!! This totally deserves more than 5 stars! I know you are reading this and probably telling yourself "come on, it cant be that good". But I am telling you it totally is! So easy to make and clean up after. It is light, fluffy and after eating about 3 pieces, I wanted more. But I thought ok Renee you and baby are happy now (4months preggers) you have satisfied your cravings. Baby has been craving pancakes for the last week and I always feel so sluggish after eating them. But this recipe is really great. I don't feel like I over ate and I feel great. This is a recipe that is for keeps. I kept the size of the pancakes at about 4-6 inches wide. They weren't that big. I saved the rest for my niece who is a super picky little 8 year old and I know she will be a huge fan of this!! I don't know who posted this recipe, but if you do read this....thank you so much and bravo!! Yum!!! xoxo renee!

Best pancakes from scratch that I ever made. Used oil instead of butter and did add a little vanilla.

I've made this recipe lots of times now and we all love it. I made the following changes though: use real buttermilk (i use the same amounts: 3/4 cup and then add two tablespoons of buttermilk again) since using milk and vinegar gave them a funny taste. The batter does turn out quite thick - don't add milk to make it like other batters you're used to, otherwise the pancakes will not turn out fluffy. I have made these pancakes with and without butter - we prefer the texture of the pancakes when made without it. And do let it rest for 30 minutes, it does make a difference.
