Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar pasteurized process cheese sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir in the cheese sauce until combined. Add remaining ingredients. Transfer to a serving bowl; serve immediately.

This is a nice change to the "same ol " Mac n cheese, however you must love ham to like this...

Really great! Besides the pasteurized cheese sauce, I also used half a can of a cheese sauce...
