Ingredients

  • 10 Thai chile peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix the Thai chiles, soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic, and onion together in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator.
