Directions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine until tender but still firm, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter and oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic and salt. Cook, stirring until chicken turns white.
  2. Add Mann's Broccoli Wokly, mushrooms and bell pepper. Cook, stirring and tossing, until mushrooms are tender and broccoli turns bright green. Stir in Alfredo sauce and pesto. Reduce heat to low.
  3. In a large heated serving bowl, combine drained fettuccine with the broccoli sauce mixture, tossing to coat well. Pass Parmesan cheese at the table.

This recipe was delicious. Made it for company, so I had to omit the red bell pepper and mushrooms, but it was still very tasty. I couldn't find 17 oz of Alfredo sauce anywhere in the store. So next time when I make this again, I think I will use a little less pasta. But overall, this was easy and very good!

This dish depends entirely on the Alfredo sauce you use. I used a sauce I know I like, and it came out great.

Very Good, lots of flavor! my 4 year old daughter enjoyed it. It was quick and easy

I prepared this with no changes and the dish turned out delicious!!! I made the full 6 servings and believe me the leftovers will be eaten for lunch.
