very good, but time consuming to make. my family didn't know that this rice pudding was a slimmed down version. it is creamier than many rice puddings. i made the raisins optional, you don't really miss them. I also used splenda, instead of equal.
A keeper! Easy...tastes great and low calorie to boot!

I've never tasted rice pudding before making this recipe, and I love it! This is a great healthy recipe, too. I like to make it without the raisins.
