Gotta tell you my husband is no meatloaf lover. I whipped this one up in no time, using your suggestion to substitute ranch dressing for the sour cream, added some cayenne pepper for a little punch and served to one very skeptical man. He loved it! The kids loved it and I had my very favorite dish the next day, a cold meatloaf sandwich...yum.

Wonderful recipe, excellent leftovers. I did need to increase the bake time though by about 30 minutes.

Very tasty, moist meatloaf. Did need to increase the baking time by about 15-20 minutes. Will definately make this one again!

This was so easy and tasty---I prepared it in the morning and baked it at night for comapny and everyone raved about how delicious it tasted. I formed it in the loaf pan but turned it out and baked it in a 13x9" pan. It held its shape and made a nice presentation.
