Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 ounce Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except milk) until smooth and pour into a heat-proof mug.
  2. Add boiling milk, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
