Simple and quick meal for when you want something with few ingredients and very little effort- and it's a classic, as well. You might want to make a few modifications to the original recipe, depending on taste and cooking logistics. For instance, I softened the butter for 5-8 seconds in the microwave because refrigerated butter can tear up the bread and then it won't cook right. Also, it might be a good idea to either lessen the cooking time or lower the temperature to medium heat (or flip the bread another time) to avoid the bottom getting blackened as the egg is cooked. (Mind you, it was tasty anyway!)
