Original Recipe Yield 1 - 9 inch pie
 

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In no specific order, mix all of the ingredients together in a mixer or blender.
  2. Butter a pie pan, dust with flour, and add mixture. Cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) or until golden. Tastes good hot or cold.
