Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
  • 4 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a large soup pot, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain grease from the pot.
  2. Add chopped onion, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes. Give it a stir. Reduce heat, and simmer for about 3 to 4 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
