Yes, very easy. I don't have a trifle dish so I made individual desserts. I halved the recipe and used 6 glasses. I also didn't cut up the jello & just poured it into each glass--sorry, but cutting it up seems like an unneccessary step to me. I could just be lazy, but it seemed like extra work without adequate reason. I completely read the Cool Whip ingredient wrong--thought it said whipped cream up until I made the dessert and it was sitting in the fridge. I must say that now that I've figured out it calls for Cool Whip, I understand the recipe better. Whipped cream melts down in my experience--cool whip doesn't. Oh, well, my fault. I'll just add more whipped cream right before eating. If you use whipped cream, I'd recommend serving immediately. This is a decent dessert based on time and ingredients, but I've had other jello desserts I've liked better. I'll have to see what bf thinks as well. Thanks for the recipe!
