Made this this morning for Thanksgiving dinner. It is very, very tasty & everyone liked it. One tip I would add is that I wanted to use my own dried bread cubes, so I used 8 cups of cubed white bread. However, it was kind of soupy after I mixed it up so I guess that is because I used the real bread instead of the pre-made stuffing croutons. If I were to make it again, I would actually cut the liquid just by about a 1/2 a cup & just use 2 cups of chicken broth. It was even kinda soupy when I got it out of the oven, but once I let it sit about 10 min. it was ok.
