I made this recipe for Thanksgiving. It was much, much sweeter tasting than I had expected. I plan to make it again, except that I'll reduce the amount of Splenda to 1/2 cup.
It was very good the same day I made it. But it had a strong after taste on the second day.
i made this for thanksgiving it was a big hit.
Friends were not able to tell that it was sugar free, and it allows a large enough portion that you do not feel cheated on a diabetic diet.
