This is super easy, but a little lacking in flavor. I doubled the butter, brown sugar, and curry, and added some cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. I also used pumpkin puree that I had already made (after roasting pumpkin in the oven and putting through the food processor). It's good, and something different from all of the pumpkin baked goods.
